Notes updated August 22, 2019 As a follow up to the Poet commentary yesterday. I believe that with the currently announced shutdowns as well as the reduction in production at many Poet ethanol plants accounts for over 800 million bushels of lost demand. Meaning we could reduce our National Corn yield by 9 bushels per acre and keep carryout where it is.
Friday will again be stormy and rainy from the east into the Delta, Tennessee Valley, and Ohio Valley. We'll also see additional showers in the Northern Plains and central Prairies. » More DTN Weather Commentary
